A crack down brought about because people who visit New Orleans decide they want to live here. So they move here and move into that cute neighborhood where they had all that fun. “But, oh my gosh, you mean that awesome bar I was at is ALWAYS like that?!? Now I can’t sleep and people are having fun while I have to be adult. This can’t be!”
So they complain about noise, but they mean music. Music that has been there for decades before them.

Don’t move to a neighborhood and then expect it to change for you. Do your research and move to a place that fits your lifestyle. Don’t fuck it up for the rest of us.
