I think that this is in response to the ask I posted to the Things Organized Neatly tumblr.

Wow. This is some kind of response to such a benign comment on how much one poster looks like another. Somebody really took things personally.

I really don’t care what you think of me personally. I’ve owned the glasses for years. Instagram is a fun way to share images from my life with my friends. I have a strong background in photography and realize how overused they are. But, they are fun. However, I don’t make an attempt to recreate original works with them.

And, I didn’t really stoop, did I? I left my name on the message, I was polite, and I didn’t make things personal. There wasn’t any need to. And, I didn’t say anything about whether I thought the poster was good or not. I simply stated my opinion that it looked like it might border on plagiarism, and made a suggestion (not a demand) that it be removed. 

Whoever you are, I sincerely hope that you find what is is you’re looking for in life and stop lashing out at strangers. There’s a lot to enjoy in life and it would be a shame to spend it bitterly typing angry notes to people you’ve never met.
