This week in numbers
10 for 10 - on grad school assignments. Week one is almost done. Introductions, too much personal information, but also some informative reading and learning. I especially loved the handout on “tips for being charismatic.” if you need them, it may not be in the cards for ya.
1 for 2 - on trash scavenging. Had success finding a tiny zipper, but none sifting through snacks and spilled Yoo-hoo for something a tad more important.
642 - the amount of my check from State Farm for damages from the woman who hit my parked car. Free money? I’ll take it. Hello grad school
Debt: Meet your match. Any other crazy college drivers want to back into me?2 - new activities I’ve participated in this week: Department Head Meeting, and helping plan Convocation
3 - miles I ran tonight. Ok. Walk-jogged. It’s a start people.
94 million - rough estimate of how many pine cone spears that impaled my foot this week. I desperately want to be a hippie— unsure if barefoot Billie will ever be my nickname.
