What’s a Tumblr meetup?
It's a public event or gathering organized by Tumblr users who want to meet other Tumblr users in person! They can be large events or more intimate affairs, it's up to you! To request to host a meetup, visit the Meetup Organizer.

How long will it take for my meetup to get approved?
It typically takes 2-3 days for meetup requests to process, so don’t panic if you don't see your meetup listed right away! If you don't hear from us within 2-3 days, email meetups@tumblr.com.

What’s in a meetup kit?
The contents vary, but the average kit contains a letter, a handful of stickers, 2 table tents, 20-25 name-tags, and your very own Meetup Organizer sticker!

How can I get a meetup kit?
When you're requesting to host a meetup, enter your complete personal street address in the field that says "Organizer Mailing Address." (This includes street number, street name, apartment number, city, state, country, and postal/zip code.) The kit should arrive in two weeks!

Will my personal street address be kept private?
Of course!

How much does a meetup kit cost?
Meetup kits are absolutely free!

How long does it take for a meetup kit to arrive?
Once your meetup is approved, the kit should arrive within two weeks.

Can I request more supplies for my meetup?
Yes, but keep in mind that we can't accommodate every request.

My meetup information is wrong on the Meetups page. How do I fix it?
Email meetups@tumblr.com and let us know what to fix.

How do I cancel a meetup?
Email meetups@tumblr.com.

What if I just want stickers?
Mail us a self-addressed, stamped envelope (or international reply coupon) and we'll send you some stickers in return! Send the request to:
